Overview This Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager role supports the day-to-day execution of influencer, creator, affiliate, and gifting programs for a fast-moving beauty brand. The focus is on operational excellence across launches, evergreen initiatives, paid partnerships, and performance reporting, working closely with cross-functional teams and the Head of Influencer Marketing. Type: Part time contract, *this role can convert to a direct hire if you are local in Essex County, NJ Schedule: Regular day hours Duration: TBD Pay: $45 - $58/hr, depending on experience Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager Requirements • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, affiliate marketing, or brand partnerships, especially in the beauty or fashion space. • Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail across multiple workstreams. • Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets and Google Slides. • Experience using influencer and affiliate platforms such as Tribe Dynamics, ShopMy, LTK, Nectar, or similar tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain consistent brand tone. • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing timelines and shifting priorities. • Solid understanding of influencer marketing best practices, earned media value, and performance tracking. • Passion for beauty, creators, and community-driven marketing. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager Duties • Support end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns across launches and non-launch initiatives, including timelines and deliverables. • Build campaign logistics plans including box quantities, product assortments, shipping schedules, and fulfillment coordination. • Partner with Operations, Product Development, and external fulfillment teams to ensure smooth execution of influencer send-outs. • Assist with influencer gifting production as needed, including assembly and inclusion of campaign assets. • Set, track, and report on campaign performance, including EMV goals, post performance, tagging accuracy, and revenue attribution. • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting across influencer, evergreen, and affiliate programs. • Track and analyze performance using tools such as Tribe Dynamics, ShopMy, LTK, and related reporting systems. • Support ongoing influencer sourcing, vetting, outreach, gifting, and relationship maintenance through follow-ups and re-engagement. • Manage creator communications across email, DMs, and influencer platforms using approved macros and brand voice guidelines. • Review inbound creator requests, route approvals, and coordinate next steps with internal stakeholders. • Support paid partnerships through deliverable tracking, follow-ups, contract organization, and creator documentation. • Assist with external workflows including approvals, shipments, tracking, and invoice coordination. • Manage ad hoc gifting for creator milestones, high-performing content, and new relationship-building opportunities, ensuring all sends are tracked accurately.
