**Job Description**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients, utilizing our cutting-edge technology and CRM system to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your primary objectives will include:
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Gathering and verifying customer information, documenting interactions in our CRM system
* Cross-training to support multiple clients and accounts
* Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Required Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations
* Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills
* Technical abilities sufficient to navigate multiple systems and troubleshoot equipment
* Availability to train on weekdays during daytime hours (6 am-4:30 pm PST)
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous call center experience
* Previous experience working remotely
* Basic technical support experience

* Availability to work shifts during arenaflex's hours of operation (24/7)
* A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home with a locked door
* A desktop Windows computer (Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 or AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 processor)
* 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)
* Dual monitor
* High-quality USB headset
* Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
* Less than 20ms ping stability
* No Spectrum internet service
**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
* Hourly pay rate: $13.00-$15.00 (dependent on experience)
* Paid Time Off (PTO) and 401(k) with company match after 1 year of employment
* Perfect Attendance Quarterly Bonus
* PT Sick time eligible after 6 months of employment
