Success in this role requires clear and effective communication, strong multitasking abilities, and the capability to quickly learn and adapt to multiple technical platforms. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Independently resolving a high volume of inbound tickets across phone, email, and chat channels, meeting SLAs while delivering exceptional service. * Troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear, actionable solutions to customers. * Conducting proactive customer outreach initiatives to minimize recurring issues and improve overall satisfaction. * Navigating multiple systems simultaneously to maintain a reliable and efficient workflow, taking full ownership of your results. * Adhering to internal procedures to ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with regulatory standards. * Communicating effectively with internal teams and customers, gathering and sharing all necessary information to support arenaflex platform users. * Escalating ambiguous issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolution. * Continuously improving the income and employment verification process by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements. **Work Schedule and Environment** This is a part-time position, with a work schedule of 5-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, within the 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time window.
