Job Description:
We are looking for a HubSpot Implementation Consultant to support a short-term contract engagement for our sales and revenue operations setup.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM implementation, automation, reporting, and process design who can help us build and optimize our HubSpot instance for scalable use.
Scope of Work:
Review the current HubSpot setup and identify gaps
Build and optimize sales pipeline(s), lifecycle stages, and deal stages
Configure workflows, automation, and lead routing
Set up custom properties, lists, forms, and views
Build reporting dashboards for sales visibility and tracking
Support data cleanup / migration / CRM hygiene
Recommend best practices for a clean and scalable HubSpot structure
Document the setup and provide a handoff / walkthrough to the internal team
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience with HubSpot implementation / administration
Experience supporting Sales Ops / RevOps / GTM / Marketing Ops
Strong understanding of:
HubSpot CRM
Workflow automation
Pipeline setup
Reporting dashboards
Data hygiene
Integrations (nice to have)
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English
