Role Overview: We are seeking a highly capable and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions across a growing, international business. This is a standalone, hands-on role suited to a strong HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the HR function, supporting multiple global regions while building scalable processes, ensuring compliance, and driving a positive and high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations, Administration & Employee Lifecycle - Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and offboarding - Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience - Administer probation processes and performance reviews - Oversee leave management and employee records - Manage employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary processes and redundancy processes (including consultation, selection, and compliance with applicable labour laws) - Own all HR administration activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency - Maintain and organise the central HR folder/system, ensuring all employee records are up to date, compliant, and easily accessible Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Own and manage end-to-end (360) international recruitment across all regions - Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning and expansion - Develop and maintain strong recruitment processes and candidate experience Payroll, Benefits & Administration - Administer payroll in collaboration with Finance, ensuring accurate and timely monthly processing - Manage employee benefits across multiple regions - Maintain accurate HR documentation, including contracts, offers, and policy documents HR Systems & Reporting - Own and manage HR systems (HRMS/HRIS), including maintenance and optimisation - Lead implementation of new HR systems where required - Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making - Prepare HR reports and insights for the CEO, Directors and board meetings - Leverage AI and automation tools to improve HR processes, reporting, and overall operational efficiency Compliance & Global HR Support - Ensure compliance with labour laws across multiple regions (including UK, UAE, South Africa, Singapore, and the US) - Stay up to date with legislative changes and advise the business accordingly - Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with best practices and legal requirements - Provide guidance and manage organisational changes, including restructuring and redundancies, ensuring legal compliance and best practice across regions - Provide guidance and support to leadership on HR-related matters Culture, Engagement & Performance - Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives across a distributed workforce - Support performance management processes and continuous improvement - Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment General Responsibilities - Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, balancing business needs with employee well-being - Manage both employees and contractors across multiple regions - Build scalable HR processes to support business growth and expansion - Handle multiple priorities and stakeholder requests effectively - Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency using technology and AI tools Candidate Profile: Experience & Qualifications - Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role - Relevant HR or related qualification - Proven experience supporting global teams across multiple regions - Experience working in a remote and fast-paced scale-up environment - Strong knowledge of international labour laws (UK, UAE, SA, SG, US preferred) Ideal Candidate Attributes - Fast learner with a growth mindset - Adaptable and resilient in a scaling business - Strong communicator across different cultures and regions - Passionate about building effective people processes and positive workplace culture Skills & Competencies: - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities - High attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently as a team of one - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability - Comfortable advising leadership and confidently pushing back when needed - Highly collaborative with a proactive, “can-do” attitude - Creative thinker with the ability to drive culture and engagement initiatives - High level of accountability and ownership - Proficiency in using AI tools and digital solutions to enhance productivity, automate processes, and support data-driven decision-making Digital Reality Corp (DRC) delivers verified spatial intelligence for the built world.
