Our commitment to sustainability has led us to pioneer industry-leading standards, including becoming carbon negative in our U.S. company-owned operations and reducing GHG emissions 30 percent across our entire U.S. value chain by 2030. **Your Opportunity** As an Experienced Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in guiding the life cycle of orders, from entry into our system to arrival with the customer. You will proactively partner with Supply Planning and Demand Planning to resolve shortages, collaborate with the transportation team to provide updates, and handle late/light order approvals. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to develop trusted relationships with customers, manage a high volume of communication/requests, and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner. **Key Responsibilities** • Guide the life cycle of orders, from entry into our system to arrival with the customer • Proactively partner with Supply Planning and Demand Planning to resolve shortages • Collaborate with the transportation team to provide updates to customers, sales, and brokers • Handle late/light order approvals to process and ship under standard lead time • Ensure all order management guidelines are followed to minimize errors and maximize Supply Chain efficiency • Assist in managing Customer Master Data to ensure customer records are accurate and order entry is not delayed • Assist claims department on matters related to incorrect or rejected orders • Develop strong and trusted relationships with customers through timely and accurate communications • Manage a high volume of communication/requests, resolving issues in an accurate and timely manner • Maintain and update documents related to customer accounts • Conflict resolution: Learn to defuse high-pressure situations and remain solutions-driven • Host calls with sales, supply chain partners, and customers when issues/concerns arise • Accountable for promoting increased order size, direct plant shipments, and various customer programs/initiatives **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2+ years' relevant experience, required • Bachelor's Degree, preferred • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • Good ability to make decisions and problem-solving account management • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to accept constructive feedback • Sound ability to manage conflict • Must be able to multi-task with many competing day-to-day activities with competing priorities • Flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment **Benefits and Career Growth** As an arenaflex team member, you will enjoy: • Competitive hourly rate: $15.87 - $23.40 per hour • Comprehensive benefits package, including education benefits available to full and part-time team members on their first day of employment • Opportunities for career growth and development, including training designed to help you advance professionally • A dynamic and supportive work environment that values its people and strives to create a fair, ethical, and rewarding work environment • The chance to work with a leading American food company that is committed to producing "Good food.
