Role Description
As a Retirement Case Administrator, you’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing culture that values excellence, accountability, and individual contributions. In this role, you’ll provide elevated service to our members and make a real impact on their benefits experience.
• Administrators will be assigned retirement cases daily and will log them
• Make a 10-day courtesy call to ensure participant receives pension package
• Offer to assist participant with completing pension package
• Set expectations for payment processing
• Responsible for cases from beginning to end when first payment is processed
• After payment processes, administrator will close the case
Qualifications
• Previous call center experience
• Retirement/pension knowledge preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
Requirements
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
• Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
• Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
