Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and faxed referrals to schedule patients and manage intake
• Build relationships across hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and internal teams
Requirements
• 6+ months healthcare administrative experience (front desk, scheduling, prior auth, insurance verification, etc.)
• Consistent, reliable work tenure; HS diploma or GED
