One80 Intermediaries is part of Arrowhead Intermediaries, a global insurance distribution platform. They are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Associate to execute marketing campaigns, manage HubSpot, develop content, and support cross-departmental initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, print, social, and events) to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Assist the team with managing and optimizing HubSpot, including email, workflow automation, sales sequences, landing pages, reporting, list segmentation, data maintenance, and more
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop content, creative assets, and messaging that align with Montage’s brand and business goals
- Assist with the creation of presentations, collateral, and marketing materials for internal teams, sales partners, and clients
- Coordinate promotions and communications for marketing and sales events, trade shows, and webinars
- Support reporting and data analysis to track key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI
- Help manage fulfillment and coordination of promotional materials and other marketing assets
Skills
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or CRM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related Business field
- 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing or related roles
- HubSpot certifications
- Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop)
