Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Fractional Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will serve as an integral part of our talent acquisition efforts, leveraging your expertise to identify, attract, and engage top candidates across various industries. Duties
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and other channels to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, assessing skills, and evaluating cultural fit.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent solutions.
• Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates through cold calling, research, and relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during all recruitment activities.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights to stakeholders.
Skills
• Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques, employment law, and labor regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with hiring teams.
• Familiarity with Paychex for employee onboarding and data management.
• Experience with social media management for talent branding and lead generation.
• Competence in research methods for talent sourcing and market analysis.
• Understanding of employee relations, employee evaluation, succession planning, training & development.
