Function: Markets Finance — Finance Transformation & Rollout Team Reports to: Finance Director, Markets Location: Remote/In-market deployment (initially Haiti) Contract: Fixed-term contractor (12 months renewable) Travel: Extensive — 60%+ in-market Purpose The Finance Transformation Manager supports the Finance Director, Markets in the transformation of existing markets' finance functions and the rollout of finance operations in new markets. The role involves deploying in-market to lead the transition of day-to-day finance operations, support NetSuite implementation, redesign processes, and build and train local teams before handing over to the permanent local finance staff and redeploying to the next market. Key Responsibilities  - Lead day-to-day finance operations in-market during the transformation period - Map existing team capabilities, processes, and systems; identify gaps and redesign accordingly  - Support preparation of data for NetSuite migration, applying materiality criteria  - Support the in-market NetSuite rollout: configuration, UAT, data migration, parallel run, and go-live  - Support the implementation of PO approval workflows and lease management tools on the new ERP  - Draft local finance policies and SOPs aligned to group standards  - Train and coach incoming permanent staff on new processes, systems, and reporting requirements  - Execute a structured handover to permanent local teams and provide post go-live stabilization support  - Redeploy to subsequent markets as the company expands, adapting the transformation playbook to local conditions Required Profile - 10+ years of finance experience, including experience in emerging markets or developing economies  - Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent), or MBA preferred - Experience in Haiti and/or the Caribbean region is strongly preferred - Hands-on ERP implementation experience (NetSuite preferred)  - Strong technical accounting knowledge (US GAAP and/or IFRS)  - Proficiency in cash management and treasury in environments with limited banking infrastructure  - Track record of restructuring or building finance functions  - Comfortable operating in uncertain environments for extended periods  - Effective trainer and coach — able to transfer knowledge to local staff with varying levels of experience  - Fluent in English (required); French and Spanish are a plus
