Digitail is transforming the veterinary profession with innovative, customer-focused technology. We’re building the leading all-in-one operating system for animal hospitals, empowering veterinary teams to seamlessly manage client communication, patient data, medical records, scheduling, and billing—all in one place. Fresh off our $23M Series B funding led by Five Elms Capital, we’re entering an exciting new phase of growth — scaling our brand, expanding our footprint across North America, and showing up everywhere veterinarians gather. We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager who’s equal parts organizer, creative thinker, and brand ambassador — someone who thrives on building unforgettable experiences. From large-scale trade shows like VMX and WVC, to intimate prospect dinners, to half-day thought leadership events that Digitail organizes from scratch, you’ll bring our brand to life in the real world. You’ll handle logistics, partner, and execution end-to-end — ensuring every event runs smoothly, feels fresh, and drives meaningful connections that turn into pipeline. This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented, creative, and scrappy marketer who loves to travel, build community, and make a brand stand out. What You’ll Do Event Strategy & Execution - Own end-to-end event planning and execution — from major industry conferences (VMX, WVC, etc.) to smaller regional shows and pop-ups. - Plan and produce Digitail-hosted experiences including half-day summits, thought leadership breakfasts, and community meetups for veterinary professionals. - Coordinate pre-, during-, and post-event motions: booth setup, materials, swag, speaking sessions, and lead follow-up with sales. - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design on-brand, visually striking, and high-impact booth experiences that stand out on the trade show floor. - Manage event logistics — registration, shipping, vendors, A/V, travel, and staffing — ensuring every detail runs seamlessly. Creative Brand Experiences - Find clever, budget-savvy ways to make Digitail the most talked-about booth at every show — from unexpected activations to creative swag to unique hospitality experiences. - Partner with our Social Media Manager to capture event content (videos, customer interviews, live moments) that extend our reach far beyond the booth. - Collaborate with partners and customers on co-branded events that highlight Digitail’s ecosystem and industry relationships. - Experiment with new event formats — from fireside chats to live podcast recordings — that showcase Digitail’s role as a category leader. Partnerships & Pipeline - Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to identify key clinics, partners, and speakers for each event. - Align event strategy with pipeline goals — ensuring the right audience mix and meaningful post-event follow-up. - Collaborate with demand gen on pre-event promotion and post-event reporting to track ROI and lead quality. - Help manage event budgets and vendor relationships, contributing to overall budget planning. On-the-Ground Presence - Serve as Digitail’s field face and voice — warm, confident, and genuinely curious. - Travel across North America to attend events, lead setup and teardown, and ensure the team shows up polished and energized. - Capture learnings and feedback from every event to continuously improve efficiency, creativity, and impact. What You’ll Bring - 3–5 years of event or field marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or tech. - Proven ability to plan, produce, and execute events of varying sizes, from major trade shows to smaller, high-touch gatherings. - Strong project management skills — you thrive on checklists, timelines, and making things happen on schedule. - Creative instincts — you love dreaming up ideas that make people stop, smile, and remember your brand. - Hands-on execution mindset — you’re equally comfortable coordinating logistics and rolling up your sleeves at the booth. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills with vendors, partners, and customers. - Comfort working cross-functionally with design, sales, and leadership teams. - Willingness to travel up to 25–35% of the time across North America. - Bonus: experience with HubSpot or event reporting, or prior exposure to veterinary or healthcare audiences. Why Join Digitail? - Bring one of the most exciting brands in veterinary tech to life — in person, on stage, and across the country. - Join a fast-moving, creative marketing team during a breakout growth phase. - Work with a company that’s reimagining what veterinary technology can be. - Enjoy a flexible, remote-friendly culture, room to experiment, and genuine career growth opportunities.
