**Position Overview**
As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the front-line voice representing our brand to customers. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional service with every interaction, providing creative solutions to customer issues and navigating our website seamlessly. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide world-class customer service, promptly answering incoming calls and delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
* Expertly manage inquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, and other concerns, while assisting customers in placing orders over the phone
* Effectively communicate sales and promotions, and develop expertise in navigating the arenaflex website to assist customers
* Track shipments and process price adjustments and shipping credits
* Maintain solid knowledge of our product line, pricing, and policies, and capture and maintain accurate customer information
* Proactively resolve customer concerns within empowered boundaries, meet and exceed Key Performance metrics, and adhere to company policies and procedures
**Training and Development**
* Position training takes place during the first three weeks after your start date, and you'll need to be available 30 hours each week for these first three weeks to ensure training completion
* You'll participate in training programs aimed at skill enhancement, encompassing individual and group coaching, role-playing exercises, and skills training
* You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and supportive environment, and you'll be encouraged to take on new challenges and responsibilities
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant work experience also considered)
* Previous inbound call center or customer service experience preferred
* Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication skills for professional phone interactions
* Knowledge of arenaflex products
* Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
* Computer proficiency, including web navigation and system toggling
* At least 1 year of relevant experience
* Successful completion of all required training programs is essential to maintain the role and ensure continued professional growth and development
