Job Summary The Field Marketing Coordinator will assist with driving sales activity between the FRC and our vendor portfolio. This role will work closely with the Director of Channel Partnerships to lead the efforts on co-selling and co-marketing motions. With a deep understanding of company ecosystems, this role will help design, launch, and drive various enablement and strategic go-to-market plays, working cross-functionally and collaboratively both internally and externally. Primary Responsibilities - Collaborate with Director of Channel Partnerships to track, manage, and report on all marketing and field events - Own remote events including, but not limited to, tradeshows, lunch and learns, customer/partner dinners, happy hours, and other field marketing activities - Travel to FRC led events and major OEM sponsored events to ensure smooth execution and on site support - Manage set up, tear down, and operational coordination of the FRC booth, materials, and event spaces - Schedule and coordinate team members for event staffing to ensure proper coverage and representation - Oversee all technical and marketing assets required for events - Design customer and OEM facing content such as, but not limited to, event handouts, slide decks, organizational charts, and other branded materials - Maintain an organized events calendar with timelines, project plans, and other needed information - Track event budgets, monitor expenses, and support invoice processing and reconciliation - Capture event metrics such as attendance data and lead information, prepare post event summaries, and recommendations for continuous improvement - Ensure consistent brand representation across all field events - Capture photo and other content at events for internal and external marketing use - Ensure all event activities comply with internal policies and procedures - Provide general marketing support as needed - Other projects as needed
