**Essential Functions**
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job! You'll be handling inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helping customers troubleshoot. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
* Working independently, taking initiative, and working with little supervision
* Maintaining regular and timely attendance
* Making decisions, problem-solving, and holding to an ethical standard
* Managing individual stress and composure
* Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* High School Diploma
* Designated space and internet capability to work from home
* Ability to pass a background check
* Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite experience
* 2 years of customer service experience
