**What You'll Do**
As a Volunteer Virtual Livestream Event Moderator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the SELF-LOVEapalooza Festival. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Audience Engagement: Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions, monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat, share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
- Live Session Moderation: Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers, guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests, manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule, and work with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues.
- Community Building: Foster a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included, help amplify the festival's themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue.
