As a key member of our guest relations and operations support team, you'll be responsible for providing seamless support to our guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders. If you're a highly skilled communicator with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * **Guest Relations** + Provide comprehensive guest messaging using AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for our guests. + Screen potential guests and provide support to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms. + Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by consistently delivering exceptional customer service. + Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms to maintain a positive online reputation. * **Company Tasks** + Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams to ensure prompt resolution. + Submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement and manage in-house maintenance labor. + Work with 3rd party vendors to manage tertiary market management and build strong relationships. + Assist with business financials and accounting tasks, including the onboarding of accounting systems. **Essential Qualifications** * **Language Skills**: Fluency in English with perfect grammar and communication skills. * **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, and experience with Guesty and/or HostAI. * **Availability**: Availability to work part-time, Thursday and Friday, 3pm-11p CST, with the possibility of additional overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST. * **Time Zone**: Must be available and reliable in the CST and Eastern United States time zones. **Preferred Qualifications** * **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, guest relations, or a related field. * **Skills**: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * **Certifications**: Certifications in customer service, hospitality, or a related field. **Skills and Competencies** * **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders. * **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. * **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * **Technical**: Proficiency in using AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, and experience with Guesty and/or HostAI. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
