About the Role: Supervisor - Sales & Customer Service Call Center As a Supervisor in our customer care call center, you will be leading a team to provide outstanding customer service. Your team will be delivering great service again and again under your direction, answering questions and resolving customer issues about devices, billing, or other matters. You will be a role model of first-class customer service while developing your team to achieve exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: - Leading, motivating, and developing a customer care team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one. - Ensuring that resources are in place and trained so that customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, minimizing wait times and maximizing customer satisfaction. - Tracking and handling call volume for optimal efficiency, making data-driven decisions to optimize team performance and customer experience. - Maintaining the highest quality of service by monitoring employee-customer interactions and mentoring the team on how to improve, providing constructive feedback and coaching for growth. - Applying policies, procedures, and guidelines appropriately and setting the example for interpersonal skills, work ethic, and judgment, demonstrating a strong understanding of arenaflex's values and mission. Essential Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. - Four or more years of relevant work experience, preferably in a customer-facing or call center environment. - Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Preferred Qualifications: - A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or a similar discipline. - Customer service or call center experience, ideally with technical products or services, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. - Led a team, preferably in customer service or a call center environment, showcasing leadership and management skills. Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders. You will need to be a strategic thinker, able to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive team performance and customer satisfaction. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $68,000.00 to $126,000.00 annually, based on a full-time schedule. You will also be eligible for a range of benefits and perks, including health and wellness benefits, short-term incentives, 401(k) Savings Plan, stock incentive programs, paid time off, parental leave, adoption assistance, and tuition assistance. For part-time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
