We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team in a hybrid remote work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with time spent in our arenaflex office. **Job Summary:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. You'll work closely with our team to create a seamless and personalized experience, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and positive. If you're a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide respectful, friendly, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive experience * Register sales on assigned sales register, collect cash, and circulate change as needed; process voids, returns, delays, discounts, and exchanges as required * Maintain counters and retires clean and well-marketed, take stock, and keep records * Carry out organizational resource protection methods to identify and minimize loss * Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., tobacco and liquor products) * Develop and maintain displays, including seasonal, promotional, and special designs, and finish resets and updates as assigned * Assist with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and item positioning as determined by strategies/systems (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves) * Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo service, banner print, and creative machine, and the sale of special photo items * Take on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests (pick items), and delivers requests to customers as they arrive at the store) * Assist with external and internal support by ensuring a clean, neat, and deliberate store condition and appearance * Comply with all organizational policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with colleagues * Complete unique tasks and other assignments as assigned **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours * Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Basic computer skills and familiarity with store systems and equipment **Preferred Qualifications:** * Six months of experience in a retail environment * Previous work experience with arenaflex * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours * Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Basic computer skills and familiarity with store systems and equipment * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
