Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our Walgreens At Home team. As a key member of our data management and analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making. This is a remote, part-time position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $32/hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal Walgreens IT teams to design and implement data foundation conditions that enable report automation for the Walgreens Medical services Quality Improvement program – Information and Understanding commercialization.
- Supervise the delivery of Walgreens Health data and insights drives and projects, upholding long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing exercises to meet Walgreens Health reporting and analysis expectations.
- Plan, create, and deliver layered data bases and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects.
- Develop data arranging and pre-handling norms for populating consistent and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both project business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements.
- Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large data sets from various internal Walgreens production framework sources and external records.
- Perform data profiling and data analysis across internal production frameworks, physically maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient qualification, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records).
- Create internal tools for the automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.).
Essential Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities:
- Verifiable, hands-on experience in writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts.
- Experience designing and delivering reasonably isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Snowflake, Databricks, or Sky blue Information Plant.
- Experience providing idea management and presenting device rationalist semantic information layer upgrades connected with BI innovation stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners.
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
- No less than 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team management.
- Able to travel up to/no less than 5% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

- Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts.
