Key Responsibilities

- Communicate customer requirements to the support team following company policies and procedures.
- Confer with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
- Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Build strong relationships with customers and teammates through effective communication and collaboration.
