About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote representative, you will answer inbound calls from medical providers, patients, and billing services, providing exceptional support and explaining services and claims information. This is a full-time opportunity with hours available between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday. Our starting wage is $18.00 per hour, with the potential to earn more through our monthly incentive program.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into our proprietary medical bill review system
• Provide clear explanations of benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures to customers
• Interface with providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters in a professional and courteous manner
• Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain attention to detail and ability to multi-task with customer interactions and various applications

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of prior customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn basic medical terminology
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work independently
• Quiet and professional work environment free of distractions
• High-speed internet connection (DSL or cable modem – non-cellular – with minimum speed of 25 mbps download and 15 mbps upload)
