Position Overview
The Digital Platforms team is responsible for driving the digital transformation of our company, developing and implementing omni-channel digital platforms, analytics, machine learning, and personalization solutions. As a Senior-Lead Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in leading the development and support of highly complex systems, ensuring that they meet business requirements, are scalable, and perform optimally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex digital systems, ensuring that they meet business requirements and are scalable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, ensuring that best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Azure cloud application development, including design patterns, solution architecture, and deployment strategies.
- Lead the deployment of resources to Azure using ARM Templates or Terraform through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage and oversee the development of large-scale distributed internet-facing environments.
- Ensure that systems are designed and implemented with high performance, usability, quality, and scalability in mind.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other analytical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting applications in an enterprise environment.
- 5+ years of experience analyzing and translating business requirements into technology solutions that consider system performance, usability, quality, cross-system interdependencies, and scalability.
- 5+ years of Object-Oriented Design and Development (.Net).
- 5+ years of database experience (SQL Server, Cosmos DB, etc.).
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in web development.
- 3+ years of development experience with Azure Cloud.
- Experience deploying resources to Azure using ARM Templates or Terraform through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience planning and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in large-scale distributed internet-facing environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good understanding of Azure cloud solution architecture patterns and solution design principles.
- 2+ years of experience designing enterprise-class solutions using object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, UML, service-oriented architecture, and solution frameworks.
- Experience in implementing complex system integration.
- Experience in designing and implementing applications using PaaS Services in a hybrid cloud environment.

- Competitive salary: $111,930 - $199,225 per year.
