We are building a celebrity‑backed premium champagne brand and are looking for a senior operator who can both define the brand strategy and directly run digital marketing.
This is a hands‑on leadership role, not a social media manager position.
Our founding team includes experienced spirits operators and hospitality industry partners, and we already have PR, events, and social support in place. What we need is someone who can sharpen the brand and build a digital engine that converts attention into sales.

Our strategy is to build the brand through a combination of:
on‑premise placements (restaurants, hotels, nightlife)
influencer and tastemaker seeding
digital amplification and paid social
direct‑to‑consumer (secondary channel)
Initial market focus:
Newport Beach (summer)
Miami (winter)
The goal is to create localized cultural dominance, then scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Refine and finalize core brand positioning
Develop the primary brand message / tagline
Define clear “billboard-level” messaging
Establish a coherent brand narrative across all channels
Ensure alignment across PR, events, influencers, and digital
We are currently exploring positioning around:
modern luxury champagne
low dosage / low sugar
“luxury without excess”
You will help pressure-test and sharpen this into a clear, ownable message.
2. Digital Marketing Leadership (Hands-On)
You will personally lead and manage digital marketing, including:
Meta / Instagram advertising
creative development and iteration
audience targeting and segmentation
conversion optimization
retargeting and funnel strategy
This is not advisory — we are looking for someone who can execute and own performance.
3. Messaging & Creative Testing
A core part of the role is to systematically test and refine brand messaging.
This includes:
A/B testing taglines and headlines
testing creative formats and hooks
identifying what drives engagement and conversion
translating winning messaging into broader brand usage
You should be comfortable combining:
creative instinct + data-driven decision making
4. Influencer & Content Amplification Strategy
Help define which influencers matter and why
Structure how events → content → paid ads connect
Turn organic content into high-performing paid creative
Build a repeatable content + distribution system

Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
