You'll be responsible for reviewing and entering price change requests, understanding complex promotional price changes, and ensuring seamless data entry and validation for POS and offline processes. **Responsibilities**
* Review and enter all price change requests received from merchant organizations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Understand data and ability to spot price change discrepancies, taking proactive steps to resolve issues
* Understand complex promotional price changes and how they feed into the system, ensuring seamless integration
* Review and enter stores-submitted cost and price changes, maintaining up-to-date records
* Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy
* Work closely with AP to reopen POS for invoice submission, streamlining the payment process
* Manage and review weekly price change reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement
* Assist with ad-hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, supporting the growth of our business
* Additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree required, with a focus on business, computer science, or a related field
* 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, retail, or a related field, with a strong understanding of ecommerce systems
* Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
