Fidelity Investments is seeking an Associate for their Electronic Trading Product team to support the expansion of their Fixed Income Trading platform, Fidelity Bond Beacon. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to prioritize product features that enhance execution and user workflows for financial advisors, traders, and brokers.
Responsibilities
- Support the product team in the expansion of Fidelity Bond Beacon
- Act as the end-to-end gatekeeper of the team’s mission and strategy
- Work with trading desks, compliance, clients, and leadership to prioritize the product feature backlog
- Deliver best in class execution and user-friendly workflows that support advisors, traders, and brokers in their daily work
- Enable the team to innovate and experiment while balancing risk and reward
Skills
- Experience with electronic trading in fixed income investment markets and workflows (treasuries, agencies, mortgages, CDs, municipal bonds, corporate bonds and/or structured notes)
- Passion for developing class leading user experiences that make the complex simple
- Strong aptitude for quantitative finance, statistics, probabilistic risk and associated concepts
- Experience analyzing data and documenting and describing systems
- Highly collaborative and effective communicator
- Organized, efficient and able to get things done
- A track record of contributing to high-performing teams
- Certifications: Series 07 - FINRA, Series 63 - FINRA
