**Key Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance their shopping experience
* Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out, to ensure a positive customer experience
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
* Interacting with customers daily, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve business objectives
* Coming up with creative solutions to problems and thinking on your feet to provide exceptional customer service
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills
* A motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

**Physical Requirements**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
