**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing prompt and friendly assistance via phone, email, and in-person. You'll be responsible for handling registration and payment processes for events and leagues, communicating event details, rules, and schedules to participants, and addressing and resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner. You'll also collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth event operations and customer satisfaction, maintain accurate and organized customer records and data, and assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
**Key Responsibilities**
