**Job Summary**
As an Overnight Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, or chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, dispatch emergencies, and ensure seamless communication between clients and their customers. **Responsibilities**
* Answer phone calls, greet customers warmly, and establish the reason for the call
* Resolve issues by dispatching to the appropriate contacts, ensuring timely and effective communication
* Monitor alarm systems, order entry, and take messages according to client specifications
* Transfer calls via computer system based on instructions provided by clients
* Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments for various industries
* Work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional customer service and support
* Stay up-to-date with client information, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient service
**Qualifications**
* Basic computer proficiency, including web-based applications, keyboard functions, and typing skills (25 WPM)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion
* Experience on the Amtelco platform is a plus
* Flexible personality with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
* High School Diploma or Equivalent required; relevant experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
* Ability to work 1 weekend day and a flexible schedule
