**About the Role**
We're seeking an experienced Online Customer Chat Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support services team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through online chat platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Providing Excellent Customer Service**: You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and your role will be to provide accurate, helpful, and timely support to resolve their queries and issues.
* **Monitoring and Responding to Customer Inquiries**: You'll be responsible for monitoring our online chat platforms and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
* **Solving Customer Problems and Resolving Issues**: You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
* **Upselling and Cross-Selling Products and Services**: You'll have the opportunity to promote our products and services to customers and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
* **Tracking and Reporting Customer Interactions**: You'll be responsible for tracking and reporting customer interactions to help us improve our services and support.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
* **Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers through online chat platforms and provide accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries and issues.
* **Proficiency in Computer Skills (MS Office, PLM, SAP Basis)**: You'll need to be proficient in computer skills, including MS Office, PLM, and SAP basis.
* **Experience in Customer Support**: You'll need to have experience in customer support, either in a call center or online chat environment.
* **Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team**: You'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve customer issues and provide support.
* **Strong Problem-Solving Skills**: You'll need to be able to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions to resolve their queries and issues.
* **Ability to Work Under Pressure**: You'll need to be able to work under pressure to meet customer expectations and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:
* **Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field**: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service, would be an asset.
