**Job Summary**
As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting arenaflex's advertising and marketing services to local businesses across the United Kingdom. Your primary objective will be to educate business owners about the benefits of our advertising platform and help them achieve their business goals. You will work in a supportive virtual team environment, with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Train, strategize, and efficiently promote arenaflex's advertising programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls, which will be 100% phone-based.
* Your primary goal will be to acquire as many businesses as possible. You will work on one of the following schedules (in your local time), or as otherwise determined by your supervisor:
+ 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
+ 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
+ 9:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.
* Personalize and manage a pipeline of clients, ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners, all organized in our CRM (Salesforce).
* Say goodbye to that dreaded commute! You and your team will work from the comfort of your own home to promote advertising to small local businesses on a fixed Monday to Friday schedule.
* Become an expert in arenaflex's advertising solutions, and adapt product pointers quickly to match customer desires. Asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be crucial to your success.

**What It Takes to Succeed**
* GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR Bachelor's Degree.
* No fear of the smartphone.
* Proficiency in widespread computer and email skills – we use Google Suite and provide a MacBook computer.
* A work environment free of distractions.
* Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight.
* Must possess current US sales authorization.
