Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a positive difference in the lives of our customers. **Job Highlights** * **Start Date:** Immediate openings available * **Location:** Remote (Irvine, CA) * **Company:** arenaflex * **Position:** Experienced Funder (Customer Service) * **Compensation:** Competitive salary * **Hours:** 40 hours per week (Must work weekends) **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Funder (Customer Service) with arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Scrutinizing and authenticating retail and lease paperwork to ensure precision and adherence to arenaflex policies, established criteria, credit conditions, and state/federal laws. * Managing incoming calls from dealerships during peak hours to resolve pending matters as necessary. * Actively engaging in coaching sessions and training to collaboratively devise solutions that improve individual and collective departmental performance. * Fulfilling other assigned duties as required. **Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Proficient written and verbal communication skills * Aptitude for numerical analysis and calculations * Self-driven and proactive approach to work * Detail-oriented, emphasizing accuracy and high-quality output * Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced team setting * Advanced problem-solving abilities * Ability to swiftly absorb and implement feedback * Capacity to work effectively under pressure **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or funding role * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with arenaflex policies and procedures * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working with dealerships or in a similar industry **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
