Role Overview
Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Partnership Liaisons to coordinate and manage relationships between investors, capital partners, and investment opportunities.
This is not an employment role. Liaisons operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Capital Partnership Liaisons:
• Facilitate introductions between investors, sponsors, and deal principals
• Maintain and manage pipelines of capital relationships
• Provide high-level deal context (asset type, structure, economics, thesis)
• Track relationship engagement and follow-ups across multiple opportunities
• Support early-stage diligence handoff to analysts
• Earn transaction-based compensation on deals that close
• Build a verified record of partnership facilitation within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for professionals with strong relationship management skills, capital network access, and experience coordinating deal flow.
What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)
Approved Capital Partnership Liaisons may:
• Facilitate and manage curated introductions between investors and sponsors
• Track investor interest, engagement, and follow-ups
• Provide supporting deal context without underwriting or modeling
• Coordinate across analysts, deal scouts, and partners to ensure smooth communication
• Build and maintain long-term capital relationships
Liaisons are not responsible for sourcing, underwriting, modeling, or raising capital.
Eligible Deal Types
Based on approval and experience, Liaisons may work with opportunities across:
• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
• Private equity and growth equity transactions
• Operating businesses and special situations
• Structured or opportunistic investments
Deal categories are approved based on professional credibility and network access.
Compensation & Economics
• Success-based compensation only
• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal
• Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
• Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Liaison role
• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality relationship facilitation
How Liaisons Get Activated
• Submit an application and background details
• Complete verification and category approval
• Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
• Begin coordinating relationships and facilitating introductions
All introductions are conducted through curated, platform-driven channels. No cold pitching or blind outreach is required.
