**What You'll Do:**
As a Full Stack Software Engineer on our Client Insightful Center team, you'll be responsible for:
* Driving the development and execution of our customer analytics platform, ensuring high-quality and efficient data entry for internal stakeholders
* Characterizing and implementing a methodology, prioritization, and workflow for the Client Insightful Center
* Ensuring tools are built and scaled to support the security and integrity needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior
* Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identifying potential opportunities for product development and differentiation
* Collaborating with Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver top-notch customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy

**Requirements:**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field
* 7 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
* Strong understanding of web and cloud application development, including experience with agile methodologies and version control systems
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
* Experience with data security and customer privacy, including knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in software engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field
* 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
* Strong background in creating comprehensive digital experiences, with experience in executing WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design
* Knowledge of accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating inclusive products and services
* Experience with cloud-based platforms and services, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
