As a part-time Digital Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission by providing exceptional support and service to our customers through various channels. About the Role We are seeking talented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as part-time Digital Customer Service Associates. As a Digital Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of contacts through inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support. You will be working from home, with a set schedule every three weeks, and must be able to commit to 40 hours of training upfront. Key Responsibilities - Provide outstanding service to customers, responding to questions and concerns related to website use, availability, programs, promotions, returns, shipping policies, and general product information - Work efficiently and effectively to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) goals and ensure a first-stop resolution experience for customers - Ensure the accuracy of all work assigned and thoroughly document every customer contact - Offer alternative product choices and options when needed, and use effective questioning techniques to resolve issues quickly - Collaborate with the team to provide best-in-class service to all customers, and maintain a cheerful outlook in a fast-paced environment Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have some college, technical school, or related call center/customer support experience. You should be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, overtime, and Saturdays, when needed. Excellent phone and customer service skills, proficient writing skills, and knowledge of database software, internet software, and Microsoft Office are essential.
