**Job Summary**
We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship Management team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer support, drive social media engagement, and contribute to the development of innovative digital marketing campaigns. **Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support through social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
* Develop and implement social media engagement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
* Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to inform product development and marketing strategies
* Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Dreamweaver, to create engaging social media content and email marketing campaigns
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the industry
* Participate in social media listening and monitoring to identify customer concerns and opportunities for engagement
* Develop and maintain social media content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content across all channels
* Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide regular reporting and analysis on social media performance and customer engagement metrics
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Dreamweaver
* Experience with social media listening and monitoring tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
* Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
* Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or Excel
* Experience with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads or Twitter Ads
* Certification in social media marketing or customer service
* Experience working in a similar role at a leading entertainment or media company
