* Setting schedules and managing time effectively and efficiently to meet customer needs
* Managing client profiles and bookings to ensure seamless transactions
* Serving as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, which may occur outside of normal office hours
* Continuously growing in savvy and proficiency to implement tools that heighten our remote workplace culture
