- Support the development and maintenance of financial systems and controls.
- Prepare monthly financial statements for US GAAP and legal reporting purposes.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management and other stakeholders as required.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments.
About You

Requirements
- Experience in global accounting and reporting requirements, including US GAAP.
- Strong understanding of financial control requirements, including SOX 404 requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills, with the ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a large 4 accounting firm.
- Knowledge of financial systems and software, including ERP systems.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment, with a strong understanding of diverse perspectives and needs.
