As a remote employee, you will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that values work-life balance and flexibility. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Mining crude data collections to create normalized, analysis-ready patient datasets from in-house information resources or authorized stages * Analyzing and interpreting results, and helping shape the investigation process * Collaborating with other members of the arenaflex Clinical Trials team to convey significant insights from genuine world, clinical, and other data sources to support biopharmaceutical RWE and clinical trial requests * Cleaning, transforming, and storing data into a unified data lake for future analysis and broader team use * Performing data mining and statistical analysis to examine RWE/RWD and discover new insights regarding patient populations and treatment results * Supporting the development of genuine data, analysis, and stage skills, applying advanced investigation and tools to resolve logical inquiries from biopharmaceutical organizations * Working collaboratively on the design and execution of results research studies * Ensuring high-quality, thorough, and timely interpretations from RWE review and examinations * Assembling dashboards, analysis, and reports for internal and external use * Conducting an expected level of effort on new true data suppliers merchants and driving RWD quality evaluations to inform project decisions **Essential Capabilities:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2 years of experience with R, Python, or SQL * Experience in designing and executing powerful and reproducible statistical analyses in the context of epidemiology and observational research with healthcare data * Knowledge of standard statistical testing methods including generalized linear models, regression and classification, decision trees, machine learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis * Experience handling large datasets from various data sources * Experience managing protected patient health data * Familiarity with at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Spotfire, or other BI visualization tools **Preferred Capabilities:** While not required, the following skills and experience would be beneficial: * Mastery in EMR/Health IT, disease libraries, and claims data sets * Aptitude in clinical data principles, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode) * Experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR) * Experience managing alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions * Experience with trial design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics * Understanding of machine learning and AI strategies, ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to: * Work on a wide range of projects and initiatives, from data analysis to data visualization * Collaborate with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for data analysis and healthcare * Develop your skills and expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and AI * Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies * Contribute to the development of arenaflex's data management capabilities and support business decisions **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is committed to creating a work environment that is collaborative, flexible, and supportive.
