Once verified, reviewers are activated on live transactions and can begin earning immediately. Role Overview Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Investment Transaction Reviewers. This is not a traditional employment role. Investment Transaction Reviewers operate as independent contractors and are activated through Initio Sphere’s certification and verification process. Once approved, reviewers: • Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform • Gain access to real, paid transaction review work • Support investors, fund managers, and operators by reviewing live investment transactions • Build a verified transaction review track record and Reviewer Rating Score Certification tiers: Senior Investment Transaction Reviewer · Lead Investment Transaction Reviewer · Investment Transaction Reviewer / Associate Reviewer Levels & Pay Ranges Senior Investment Transaction Reviewer • Rating Score: 90–100 • Pay: $150–200/hour • Typical Background: Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, credit, real estate, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of transaction experience Lead Investment Transaction Reviewer • Rating Score: 80–89 • Pay: $100–150/hour • Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of transaction analysis, underwriting, or diligence experience Investment Transaction Reviewer / Associate • Rating Score: 60–79 • Pay: $50–100/hour • Typical Background: Entry to mid-level professionals with strong financial analysis and deal exposure What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Depending on certification approvals, Investment Transaction Reviewers may be engaged to: Transaction Review & Analysis • Review financial models for accuracy, assumptions, and internal consistency • Evaluate valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comparable companies, precedent transactions) • Review underwriting logic for private equity, venture, credit, and real asset transactions • Assess sensitivity and downside scenario analyses Due Diligence Review • Review Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses and key findings • Evaluate commercial, operational, and financial diligence materials • Identify risks, red flags, and structural issues • Review and validate investment memoranda prior to investor review Investment Readiness & Validation • Assess completeness and reliability of transaction data • Provide structured, objective feedback to deal teams • Support investor and investment committee decision-making through independent review Note: Reviewers may only perform work in categories they are specifically approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and demonstrated performance—not tenure. How Reviewers Start Earning • Complete the Investment Transaction Reviewer Certification Assessment or approved training • Receive category-specific approvals (Model Review, Valuation Review, Diligence Review) • Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform • Begin earning immediately through hourly transaction review assignments No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified reviewers are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors. Certification & Eligibility To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following: • Score 70% in at least one category of the Certification Assessment • Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training • Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent) Reviewer Rating Score Each Investment Transaction Reviewer receives a 0–100 Reviewer Rating Score, which determines: • Visibility within the platform • Approved transaction review categories • Recommended hourly rates Scores are based on analytical accuracy, judgment quality, responsiveness, and compliance. Compensation & Transaction Terms • Reviewers are independent contractors, not employees • Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level • Reviewers may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees • Maximum transaction-based earning: $2,500 per deal • Payments are issued only after successful transaction completion and fee collection • Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues Compliance Notice Investment Transaction Reviewers do not: • Provide investment advice • Solicit or sell securities • Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated or fiduciary capacity All work is strictly limited to transaction review, diligence evaluation, and financial analysis and must comply with applicable securities laws.
