**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our financial accounting and bookkeeping operations. You'll be responsible for performing complex data entry tasks, analyzing financial data, and providing expert advice to our team members. **Key Responsibilities**
* Perform complex data entry tasks, including financial data analysis, record-keeping, and reporting
* Provide expert advice to team members on financial accounting and bookkeeping matters
* Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial accounting and bookkeeping
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field
* Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
* Experience with financial software, including Fiserv and Essbase
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in SEC or administrative quarterly reporting
* Fiserv information and understanding
* COSO-based Sarbanes-Oxley internal control assessment execution
* Military experience or analysis experience, including functional management, project management, mission development management, and financial management
* 1+ year of experience in credit card industry reporting; corporate/business loan products information
* Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
* Large 4/provincial public accounting/financial services experience
* Transitional Essbase/SmartView, high-level Microsoft Excel with VLOOKUP/ pivot tables
* Strong knowledge/experience of General Ledger compromises and automation tools
* Free judgment/imaginative critical thinking to investigate/recognize/see downstream effects in complex matrixed climate
* Information/comprehension of US GAAP financial reports or parts preparation with the ability to interpret/sum up complex information into justifiable, noteworthy data and suggestions
* Shown comprehension of accounting/detailing/internal control issues
* Ability to decipher and sum up complex information into reasonable, significant data and suggestions
* High-level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access) skills. Ability to sort out and manage multiple priorities
* Phenomenal verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
