**Key Responsibilities:**
* Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, medication management programs, vaccination services, and payer and pharma adherence and clinical projects.
* Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met, including but not limited to, data entry, reporting, and analysis.
* Ensure consistency and quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by monitoring, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and examining results; and executing changes.
* Guarantee region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines.
* Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives.
* Uphold efforts to improve patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs).
* Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership.
* Conduct data and clinical audits and make vital decisions to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications.
* Review patient records and profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment.
* Provide individualized patient/supplier consultation.
* Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy concerns.
* Provide feedback regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including comments from patients as the value of individual consultations.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority.
* Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues.
* Experience working with confidential information.
* Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends.
* Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing, organizing, and following details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates.
* Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when to escalate issues.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Willingness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary.
* Knowledge of insurance plans.
* Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus.
* Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets).
* Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show).
* Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and section width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or printing capabilities).
