Overview
The Business Transformation Advisor 4 is responsible for performing discovery solution design making written recommendations and delivering executive-level presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Responsibilities
• Operate as primary point of contact for multiple, complex customer engagements
• Own the process, including the evaluation of the effectiveness of customers current ("as is") solutions and the requirements for the future ("to be") state
• Lead onsite discovery meetings and interviews with customer executives, management, business and technical leads
• Generate a written report documenting discovery of findings and solution design
• Effectively collaborate with Sales, Global Services, Development, and industry teams within the Company to ensure high quality customer deliverable
• Lead pre-engagement assignments and ensure readiness of customers
• Develop content and lead webinar series and training; contribute to Company blogs, case studies and whitepapers
• Establish strong, committed relationships with current and former customers, and industry teams; initiate regular communications and stay connected
• Ensure customer satisfaction; evaluate if recommendations are implemented by customer, while also tracking, documenting results, and progress made
• Coach, mentor and motivate other Business Transformation Advisors
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in business and technical consulting
• Substantial experience demonstrating, designing and implementing software Solutions
• Familiar with the principle of Lean Six Sigma
• Comprehensive knowledge of multiple business functions, such as Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Legal, Production, Support, and Accounting
• Excellent collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently to completion and regularly takes on new tasks without direction
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others
• Able to speak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
• Proven success at gaining acceptance of your recommendations and guidance
• Experience in providing guidance and support to developing team members
• Up to 50% travel time required
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
