**Why You'll Love This Role**
This position will be part of our esteemed partnership within the Financial Planning Systems space at arenaflex. This role will require a unique blend of financial and IT expertise.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Uphold the Hyperion planning application, consistently, for forecast and actual financials
* Approve data from Hyperion Financial Management and from regulators
* Explore and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions
* Maintain system upkeep; keep client consents
* Assist clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models
* Help with preparation of detailed scenarios and analytical results examinations on various complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses
* Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process regarding Hyperion
* Update Hyperion Planning with order changes; coordinate progressive system changes with Regulators and GL organization
* Collaborate with work groups to determine reporting business needs; propose and present effective solutions
* Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, as well as estimating and planning models for Financial divisions
**What You'll Need for Success**
* Minimum Qualifications
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or equivalent experience/training
+ Experience: 2 years of work experience in a Financial role, including experience with financial summaries, as well as financial modeling and analysis
+ Solid IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and complex and social database structures
* Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience using Hyperion, as well as development and administration experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning)
+ Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of scientific methodologies relating to financial issues
- Ability to issue, modify, and analyze data
- Meticulous with focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse situations
