**About the Role**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data management team, you'll play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and improve customer experiences through data-driven insights. **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain large-scale, cloud-based data management systems to support business growth and customer experiences
* Design and implement data entry processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Work with data engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design and implement data pipelines and analytics platforms
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making
* Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation
**Focus Areas**
* **Data Set Access Stage**: Develop and maintain an adaptable query door that works with data reflections to support sub-millisecond latencies while enabling Netflix microservices to store, consume, and manage their data more effectively.
* **Data Stage Framework**: Design and implement a platform for our own data stages, enabling Netflix to rapidly advance on giving cutting-edge data and analytics frameworks to the rest of the organization without building custom platforms for each new framework.
* **Large Data Processing**: Develop and maintain a cloud-based stage for large data processing at Netflix, supporting batch data processing, ETL, and machine learning workloads.
* **Large Data Coordination**: Offer a stage for booking, coordinating, and executing large data jobs and workflows in a self-serve way, supporting basic services that have all ETL and ML jobs running on Large Data Frameworks at Netflix.
**About You**
* 2+ years of experience in building large-scale, distributed systems or applications
* Proficiency in designing and developing scalable, high-performance web services
* Experience in building and working with versatile, issue-open-minded, distributed systems
* Knowledge of Java or other object-oriented programming languages
* Multi-threading is a challenge you're comfortable handling
* BS in Computer Science or a related field
