**Job Description**
As a full stack data analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data analysis solutions to support business decisions. You will work closely with our internal clients and stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with internal teams and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to support business decisions
* Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
* Designing and developing packages for internal clients
* Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
* Turning data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
* Troubleshooting technical issues
* Presenting analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
**Required Qualifications**
* 2-4 years of experience in most of the following:
+ Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
+ Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
+ Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
+ Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL
+ Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
* Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
* Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
* Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
* Crystal Reporting experience preferred
