**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to support Executive Compensation programs. Your primary focus will be on:
* Conceiving and developing analytical models to calculate incentive financial awards
* Building data visualizations to support analytical tasks and drive business insights
* Collaborating with HR Technology, Payroll, IT, and local teams to acquire data and transform it for analysis and calculation
* Developing and maintaining data visualizations to support business decisions
* Identifying new opportunities to leverage technology to enhance processes and improve efficiency
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related technical field
* At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in business, mathematics, economics, or data visualization
* Proficiency in SQL and one or more scripting languages
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
* Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex tasks and meet tight deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Applied Data Science, or a related field
* Experience programming in TSQL and Python
* Experience with Microsoft SQL Server/Azure SQL, Code editors (Visual Studio Code, Azure Data Studio), Alteryx Designer, HR or Payroll data, Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps, or other automated workflow solutions
* HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript experience a plus
* Project management experience
* Continuous Improvement experience
