**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Sales Analytics, you will play a critical role in helping us optimize sales opportunities for our business customers. You will analyze internal and external travel data to build actionable insights for our business account managers, customer success consultants, and corporate travel managers. Your expertise will help us illustrate the arenaflex value proposition to our customers, drive sales growth, and improve overall performance.
**Responsibilities**
* Deliver customer insights and opportunities through internal and customer data, leveraging account manager insights throughout the sales cycle to achieve sales targets
* Work seamlessly with account managers and the customer success team to provide sales using account strategies, tactics, agreement proposals, and powerful presentations
* Actively participate in customer meetings to understand and address customer needs, present agreement proposals, and collaborate on opportunities and targets
* Transform raw data into easily understandable, presentable, and actionable findings to identify opportunities and ensure performance, sharing them with senior leaders, sales team partners, customers, and others
* Use technical skills (SQL, Alteryx, etc.) and business acumen to provide solutions to business requests and proactively identify new opportunities
* Provide the analysis and evaluation of trends, and the development of new processes, tools, and reports to support increased sales from business accounts and improved performance in the sales cycle
* Communicate effectively with customers presenting insights, opportunities, QBRs, and RFPs
* Develop tailored reports to meet business needs and provide financial analysis to support business sales operational and customer activities
* Engage in the development, improvement, and quality management of data sets through conversations with internal and external partners
* Utilize appropriate data management strategies including privacy requirements
* May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
* Knowledge of mathematics, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, economics, and their applications
* Knowledge of the principles and strategies for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including relative costs and benefits
* Knowledge of the principles and strategies for showing, promoting, and selling services or products during the sales process
* Skilled in identifying, collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating information which may include transforming raw data into significant facts using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software. To include:
+ Use of SQL to manage data and draw insights from large datasets
+ Advanced use of Microsoft Excel
* Skilled in analyzing the consequences of current data for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
* Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or strategies to problems
* Ability to clearly articulate complex subjects and distilled insights to multiple audiences, bridging the gap between data and stakeholders
* Ability to concentrate, understand, and communicate thoughts through writing, speaking with others, or presenting to a group
* Ability to think independently, work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and pivot quickly to resolve complex problems
* Ability to combine pieces of data to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among apparently unrelated events)
* Ability to independently transform raw data into clear and actionable insights, clearly communicate and influence others, execute strategies, and adapt for performance across multiple entities (companies, customers, industries, etc.)
**Education**
* Required: High School Diploma or GED
**Experience**
* Intermediate-level experience, pro and specialized expertise in:
+ Sales analysis and the transportation industry
+ Solving ambiguous problems and developing a clear action plan
+ Working with large datasets
+ Independently translating raw data into actionable insights
+ Influencing stakeholders to drive change
