**Job Summary**
As a Lead Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing expert guidance and support to customers across various channels. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will enable you to deliver a seamless customer experience, while your leadership skills will help you mentor and guide your colleagues to achieve exceptional results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, both in-store and remotely, through phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Take customer orders, give pricing information, perform consultative selling, and recommend arenaflex products and services
* Manage production flow to ensure all production orders are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
* Set up complex orders, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensure quality during and after the production process
* Coordinate pick-up and delivery of customer orders, and provide leadership to team members on an assigned shift
* Assist in the training of store team members, and collate, sort, and organize customer orders
* Operate the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handle financial transactions, and make change
* Complete required financial paperwork and assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits
* Follow instructions of supervisors and assist other team members in performing store functions
* Maintain inventory of shipping supplies, and assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping
* Provide customer service by determining appropriate shipping methods, informing customers of company products, services, routes, and rates
* Ensure quality customer service is given to customers by providing packaging services, as well as offering information about company products and services
**Essential Functions**
* Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
* Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
* Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees
* Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
* Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
* Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
* Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
* Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision
* Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business
**Preferred Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent education
* 2+ years of specialized experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide leadership to team members
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive salary: $19.75 - $24.95/Hr
