**The Role**
As an Entry-Level Customer Relations Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include:
* Establishing a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and communicating in an effective and amicable approach
* Helping to resolve customer requests by providing targeted product recommendations that address their needs and wants
* Providing product or services quotes based on customer inquiries and preparing them for the installation and delivery process
* Assisting our sales team by helping to guarantee customers with helpful solutions to their problems and ensuring they feel valued throughout their experience
* Attending additional weekly training to become a product expert and increase success
* Working in a collaborative environment with fellow Customer Relations Representatives to brainstorm process improvements, review new product/service offerings, and troubleshoot product issues
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment
* A strong desire to develop new skills that will help you grow both personally and professionally
* The ability to work in a people-oriented setting and the drive to want to learn from others
* Self-discipline to work in a collaborative environment and the ability to be independent and work alone with little to no supervision
* High-level verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail to produce quality work
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Familiarity with sales and marketing principles
